On November 18, at the ceremony for Vietnam Outstanding property awards 2020 organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine, KDH was honorably voted in the “Top 10 Outstanding Property Developers 2020”.

After 2 months of appraisal, KDH has passed all the evaluation criteria of the Council to maintain the performance as one of the top property developers, including the criteria of scale and financial capacity, project quality, brand reputation, as well as social – community responsibilities… This is the 4th year in a row KDH has received this precious award.

In the past 3 years, KDH has also achieved certain success when focusing on developing high-rise apartment products, such as project Jamila and project Safira in the East of HCMC, many residents have moved in. The most recent project, Lovera Vista in the South of HCMC, has been fully sold out and is expected to be handed over in July 2021.

By the end of 2019 – 2020, KDH continues to affirm its reputation and strength in the product segment of townhouses and luxury villas with high-end project Verosa Park, located near Lien Phuong rotation – Vo Chi Cong street – District 9 (adjacent to District 2).

In addition, by stable business operations and sustainable development, KDH has been listed in the VN30 in the July 2020 review period.
